Cantwell: Investment in Innovative, New Technologies Are Vital to America's 21st Century Competitiveness
Bellevue, WA – U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell (D-WA) will deliver opening remarks at the Washington Technology Center’s 2009 Innovation Summit. Cantwell will discuss how the United States’ investment in, and commitment to, new technologies; education and training for our workforce; and support for new and emerging industries, such as clean energy technologies and services, is key to competing in a 21st century global economy. For more than two decades, the Washington Technology Center has helped companies develop and commercialize technology products and services in Washington state.
