Internships
Senator Cantwell offers paid internships in her Washington, DC, and state offices to highly motivated students and recent graduates seeking to contribute to her professional staff’s work on behalf of the Evergreen State and its residents. This is a unique opportunity to learn more about federal policy making, participate in the legislative process, and support your local community. Typical internship tasks include conducting research, contributing to policy memos and press releases, handling phone calls and greeting visitors, and assisting with constituent casework and correspondence. DC interns will also have the opportunity to attend hearings and briefings.
